SEC Dispatch is NOT a carrier, broker, or freight forwarder. We operate as a dispatch service providing administrative support to licensed motor carriers. Nothing in these terms creates an employer-employee relationship. Carriers retain full operational control and authority over their equipment.
SEC Dispatch provides administrative dispatch services for owner-operators and small fleet carriers. Our services include:
We do NOT: own equipment, hire drivers, handle payroll, or act as a transportation broker. All loads are booked under your MC number and authority.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from SEC Dispatch. These terms supplement our Privacy Policy:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our services are offered on a per-load basis with no long-term commitment. Either party may discontinue services at any time without penalty, subject to payment of any outstanding flat-rate fees for loads already delivered.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted at secdispatch.com/terms with the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
